Glee S3E11 'Michael'

So I've already seen this episode of Glee and LOVED it, but I'm about to re-watch it, but thought 'hey let's make a blog out of it'. So here I am. I'll just commentate as I'm watching it!


-Dear lord what is Blaine wearing as trousers, and why does Kurt have a dead squirrel on his head?
-Wanna be startin' something - OMG Darren Criss, I love you even more when I hear you sing this song!
-Love that everyone is wearing a Micheal themed outfit... except Finn

-I just want to slap Rachel and say 'SAY YES TO FINN'S PROPOSAL!!!!!!'

-I am a Sebastian fan (♥ Grant Gustin), but when Kurt said 'Does he live here or something? Seriously, you are always here!' when Seb turned up, I died laughing.
-Love Santana more and more each episode, and LOVE her standing up for Kurt for a change!

-BAD!!! It's so cheesy, the whole dancing and thing, but I love the song!
-Is it bad I giggled as soon as the warblers when 'ba ba ba ba, dum' with the funny facial expressions :L
-Do Santana and Britney live in their Cheerio uniforms?
-The Warblers are badass, but I'm team New Directions! (ND)
-Blaine taking the slushie to the face for Kurt was so cute, but I wanted to hit Sebastian for doing it! And how can the Warblers just walk off and leave a former team mate on the floor in pain!!!!

-I was totally on Artie's side when he went off on Schuster!
-Scream is my FAVE Michael song so this was interesting; it wasn't terrible, but wasn't amazing :(
-Mike's vocals are def improving, loved the dancing!!
-Guyliner....

-Rachel and Quinn Conversation!!!
-LMFAO - 'Holy Crap are you pregnant?' hehe
-Quinn is smart beyond her years!
-Don't like the song that Quinn sings I'm afraid... but it was a good version!
-YAYY YALE!!

-Sam and Mercedes singing Human Nature!!
- KISS ALREADY!!!
-OOh they have now! - Good song choice!
-I love this paring!!

-Mr. Burt Hummel!!! This is why the Hummel's are my fave family on this programme!!!
-Kurt got NEYADA!!
-Rachel didn't :(
-Dear Christ she had me in tears... Glee hasn't ever made me cry before!!

-LOL Pirate Blaine!!
-Dislike the 'Ben' song... too slow for my liking.

-SEBASTIAN AND SANTANA!!! Sexual tension much?
-Anything she sings is EPIC and this was an amazing cover they both done!
-The cello players were a bit intense!
-He put salt in the slushie!! EVIL WARBLER BOY!!!!
-Why slushie Santana? Why?

-'Britney lock the door.' 'I don't know how to do that.' Britney FTW
-When Santana says 'underboob' I die of laughter inside! She said it with such a straight face!
-I like that Kurt tries to be civil about the situation.

-A Finn/Rachel duet. Sigh. They cut out a Warbler number that I love, and kept this. *shakes head*
-Okay so it's vital to the storyline.
-SPOILER: Okay so she finally said yes.... but only because she doesn't think she's going to NEYADA or anywhere else for her future. Selfish?
-Nice cover version of the song though.

-Warblers at McKinley?
-Cue epic song (my second fave MJ song) and love that the Warblers, but not Sebby, join in the dancing.
-I can't help loving Grant Gustin's 'smouldering look' throughout this scene!
-ND expose Seb as a baddie to his group and they don't look pleased!!

-Okay so Rachel has now got into NEYADA, but hasn't told Finn, and looks petrified about telling him... AS SHE ONLY SAID YES TO THE PROPOSAL AS SHE THOUGHT SHE WASN'T GETTING A PLACE!!!! I wanted to slap her, but the episode ended.

Side notes: Damien (Rory Flanaghan) didn't speak a word in this episode, only sung. The Warbler track that was cut was called 'I Want You Back'

News and Views 02!

Hey! Welcome to the second News and Views column! Every month I'll be talking about news, music and film/TV (shared section) stories that have caught my eye. There's even a section called 'other stuff' that is just random stuff happening with celebrities and sometimes even me. Hope you enjoy!

The News: So one of the biggest stories in the news this month so far has been the Costa Concordia cruise ship. On the 13th of January, just of the coast of Italy, the ship hit some rocks near the shoreline and began to sink. It is currently on it's side in the sea, and the missing person list is currently standing at 29 people, and so far there are 6 confirmed deaths. There are fears that the ship will slip from the rocks and fall the the bottom of the Mediterranean. The Captain is being accused of causing the incident as the ship was 4 miles off course when it happened - he was also one of the first off the ship.

My View: I feel so sorry for all those aboard, and I am disgusted that the Captain left the ship, way before many of his passengers. The Captain of the Titanic stayed and died on his ship, and this Captain chickened out and left, and a recent claim of his that I've just read made me want to hit him. He was quoted saying 'I tripped and fell into a Lifeboat'... SERIOUSLY!!!!!. I believe he is to blame for the accident, and just pray that all those who are still missing are found alive and well. I know the chances are very slim for that to happen now, considering it was a few days ago and half the ship is submerged on it's side. Let's just all hope that the remaining few missing are okay.

The News: Beyoncé has had her baby girl! She gave birth to a baby girl named Blue Ivy Carter, with her husband Jay-Z who was with her at the birth on January 7th. No photos have been released yet, but they were seen leaving the Hospital in two huge blackout window cars a few days after the birth.

My View: Oh the name. Blue Ivy. BLUE IVY!!! I love Bey and her music and she is a sort of role model of mine, but the name! It sounds like a Villain name from the Marvel comics!! I'm sure the baby is cute as hell, and the name is definitely unique and individual, but I don't like it.Good luck to them and their new arrival :)

The News: The Karshians. Yeah. Well I had to mention this as it's something that's irritated me. Khloe's dad, the late Robert Kardashian had two other ladies in his life after his divorce from Matriarch, Kris Jenner, and they've been spreading rumours! I don't know if any of these events have been filmed on the KUWTK programme, or Khloe & Lamar, or the other programmes they all have.. Anyway, the aforementioned women have said to the papers that Khloe is not Robert's biologial daughter and that even though he knew this, he raised her as his own. Khloe, Kris Jenner and the other Karsahians have all hit back at this saying it is false.

My View: Once again I apologise for using them as my TV news! I'm sorry, I'm a Kardashian Doll. Live with it. Anyway, I'm totally on Khloe's side! If you look at photos of her as a young girl and her father, you can see they share the same nose and facial structure, and her younger brother Rob is the same. Kourtney and Kim look alike, Khloe and Rob look alike. By saying Khloe is not biologically Roberts, you may as well say Rob isn't his as well! IT ANGERS ME!!! Like I said last month, Khloe is my fave of the family and I was annoyed that some fame hungry bitches would start doing that to her. Arrggh... anyway rant over. That was my view.

The News: The Wikipedia Blackout. A 24 hour protest online (Midnight EST, January 18th, where only a message opposing the SOPA and the PIPA (legislation being proposed in the USA Congress) was in place instead of all the Wiki articles. Other websites that joined in were: Failblog, Newsgrounds, Tumblr, TwitPic, and another 7000 websites globally.

My View: Oh dear! Do you know how stupid I was on the 18th? I'd forgotten all about it and chose to write this then. FAIL. So I did what I could, and am now doing the rest of the column with Wikipedia open in my browser bar. I'm from the UK, so I'm not quite sure what the SOPA/PIPA is and what the legislation was, but I know it stopped loads of people using valuable websites. But it was horrible having Wiki and a few other online sites blackout for the day. It was trending on Twitter for hours and even Facebook got a good look in on the topic! Google edited their homepage for the day. I don't know if the blackouts have helped, but I hope it did, as there will be uproar if it isn't.
